With so many players in camp, there are duplicate jersey numbers. This fella is wearing Marco Hernandez's #40. BTW, I have rotated my photos on my laptop to the right in hopes that when loaded to the site that they would rotate straight. No such luck. It must be something on the site that I just can't figure out.

If he will be healthy, I like this deal. We are relying on our crack staff of medical crackpots, so I am not confident that we will see much of him in uniform. It could be another John Smoltz fiasco, but cheaper. As for DFA’ing Velasquez, we can probably find 5 or 6 pitchers whose names start with “V” who are better, never mind the rest of the alphabet.
