    Really no surprise that he tested positive can't expect anything different.

    He's a great catcher but do the Sox really have room for him. Having locked up Tek for another year plus adding the option onto his contract so possibly having him for the next two years and with them getting Josh Bard back they can't really do much with the guy until September call ups. I say the Sox should keep him around I don't think Tek will be playing too much longer the kid is going to be the future catcher of this team once Tek is gone. He's just gonna have to wait a few more years and he'll get his shot.

    Im already counting down the days till the season starts but first im reved up for the World Baseball Classic. Going to be one good tournament and I have a feeling this is going to be another great year for the Sox.

    The new hats are cool but I really hope that those grey jerseys don't stick as the road jerseys they are pretty ugly looking. I like the Alternate's though those look pretty cool.

    Masterson was amazing again. And Drew came through again in the clutch. Great game now on to the O's tmrw and Beckett's on the mound should be a good one.

    Great game all around Hats off to Wake tonight he pitched amazing. Great jobs boys let's keep the streak going tmrw night.

    Boys are looking good tonight and Wake has pitched very well in this game. I love how Ortiz hit his 7th homerun and then Manny came up right after him and hit his 7th couldn't be sweeter.

    If and when Schilling comes back we will be seeing him the bullpen. The Sox have a good solid rotation right now and Franco isn't going to mess around with it. Plus I don't see Schilling being able to go long into games anymore he's just getting too old. I think he'll end up a middle reliever or something.

    I think Youkilis is still a good solid first basemen. But I dunno if he's top 20 right now. I'd put him more in the top 50 in all of baseball. He's still a huge asset on the Sox roster though that's for sure.

    All I have to say is good. He has crushed Sox pitching so far this year when we played Toronto so he's out of the A.L East and that's all that matters. Surprised that Toronto would just release him like that though.

    I dunno he may be an offensive liability but who else on the team are you gonna give the Captain title too. I mean who is a better team leader then Tek.? There really is noone better on the Red Sox roster to have in the lockeroom then this guy. He's the kinda guy I can see coming back as a coach once his playing days are over.

    I have to agree we really do not need a guy like Crisp we have Ellsbury he has a great glove and a very solid bat. We could most likely get some decent pitching in return for Crisp im sure there are plenty of teams looking for a CF and Crisp is a decent player.

    Not really a big deal just let him stay behind on the Japan trip to get better for when they come back and play in Oakland.

    Not a bad amount for a guy who is an outstanding closer I'd say the Sox got him at a bargain price consider what he's actually worth.

    Don't think it's anything to worry about he'll be fine come opening day.

    I don't think it's something you have to worry about too much at this time considering we still have him locked up for a few more years but I say when it's coming closer to the end of his contract then the FO should work something out with him. He's a franchise player and someone I want to see retire in a Red Sox uniform.

    Clemens will get what he deserves. Don't care how great of a pitcher he was all that gets put aside in a situation like this.

    They aren't close right now but I have alot of faith that after last season Moss will be back in A New England uniform next season.

    The boys looked good tonight against Minnesota and Dice-K looked good in this one too.
