  1. I hope Jeter, Rivera and Posada enjoy having that crap in the clubhouse
  2. I'm just trying to give people a little perspective. We've been spoiled with the success of rookies lately that we expect every hot shot prospect to come here and play like a 6-year veteran
  3. HE'S A f***ING ROOKIE FOR CHRIST SAKES the kid hit .280 (.336 OBP) with 9 homers and 47 RBIs primarily out of the leadoff spot with an eye-popping amount of stolen bases while playing gold glove-quality defense btw, Evan Longoria hit .272, just saying...
  4. and 10 mins after the Dodgers lose, the f***bag say this: "I just want to go home [to Florida] and spend some time with my family," Ramirez says, while adding with a grin, "I want to see who is the highest bidder. Gas is up and so am I." - LA Times
  5. http://www.avclub.com/content/files/images/Two-For-The-Money.article.jpg John Anthony says the Sox are winning tonight
  6. The Citgo sign caught on fire today...hope it isnt a bad omen
  7. I still think Rosenthal is clearly carrying out someone's agenda here, this is just too stupid to write up on a whim
  8. hell, even Aardsma
  9. so if Manny was still in Boston, we wouldn't have allowed 31 runs in 3 games? idiot
  10. what about 2007?
  11. The most prominent members of the Red Sox since the late 90s have been Nomar, Pedro, Manny and Papi. Three of the four are minorities so seriously....what the f***, Ken?
  12. ill need a day or so to find optimism for this game
  13. cant completely burn him out
  14. Well yea, we had Manny in 2005 and....oh wait
  15. if only Tito had been that quick with the hook in Beckett's start
  16. no one feels worse about tonight than Tim Wakefield and any Sox fan worth his salt should know that
  17. I'm a Cowboy fan and granted, that could be a low first round pick but WOWWWWWW that's a lot to give up
  18. I agree totally with what you're saying. Just about every team is striving to have every guy on the 40-man roster to be an everyday professional ballplayer who respects his teammates, the organization and the jersey. Some, like Rosenthal, allude to it being racism but it isn't because they are minorities that guys like Carl Everett, Milton Bradley, Gary Sheffield, Orlando Cabrera keep getting bounced around. How can anyone even hint that Manny was traded at the very least in part because he's Dominican is beyond me. Rosenthal comes off as a guy who just landed on planet earth, is watching baseball for the first time and was asked to write an article about why the Sox appear to be so white.
