It's a sticky situation, I'm not gonna lie. The two have average to above average track records, its just a shame they are falling apart ebfore our eyes. I'm gonna love to see what Hansen can do... but just don't assume he'll be better, is all I'm saying.

lol that's ridiculous speculation... maybe he will, but you have no evidence to lead you to believe that other than the kid will probably be a good pitcher further down the road. I'm sorry I just don't see a kid who got drafted last year and is still 22 being "consistant". I'd like to say I'm just being Devil's advocate, but we always like to point fingers in Red Sox nation. I agree Seanez and Tavarez are terrible, but don't be disapointed if Hansen isn't what you expect.

YYou guys are just too linear... you put him in Seznez's role he'll have a higher ERA through lets say... 15 appearances... i gaurantee it. I'd like to be wrong... but I just don't think he's ready. Quote me on this.

you guys honestly think hansen is the answer? jeez talk about "anyone but Seanez"... the guy is just not ready... hes doomed for failure if you give him the role seanez has.
