Johson, too. Total platoon LHH, and he has two hits tonight against one of the best LHP in the game. I hate it when the chuckers step up.

Just wake up? He has one tonight. And his singles have been hit very well.

That's over his career, when a large part of that sample was when he was dealing with the injury. He may be a platoon hitter, but right now....last year + the early part of this year.....he's better against RHP and much, much better against LHP. Seems pretty simple to me.

Rush him? He's hitting the cover off the ball, whether it's starting or in PH duties. Play him.

The Lowrie is soft and can't hit RHP stuff is a little stale. He got hurt once, played hurt which hurt his numbers, and then he got mono. Then he came back and put up a higher OPS than Marco did against RHP last year. Right now, he's the better player. The kid should play until he proves he shouldn't. He's clearly got more talent, so if he takes the job and runs with, good for the Sox. Marco isn't going anywhere. If Lowrie falters, they've still got Marco ready to fill in.

I think he wears contacts. I wear them too, and sometimes you need to blink kind of funny like that to sort of clean them off with your eyelids.
