I thought it was a forgone conclusion that this would be Torre's last season, World Series or not And Id say this year's team of destiny are the Colorado Rockies. Since the end of May/early June theyve been the best team in baseball, and have won a sick 17 out of their last 18 games to get to the NLCS -

The guy did step up in his last season start, night they clinched the division, and has shown flashes of brilliance in his first season. What has been hurting him is just one inning where he just loses control and pitches not being called his way. He is still just 26 years old and Im in fuill belief that the best is yet to come. Cant sell short on him whos locked up for 6 more years and is still adjusting to lief in a new country
