    Not really important but I just noticed the D-Backs are wearing their black uniforms, essentially forcing the Rockies into their grays. Noteworthy because the Rockies have worn their blacks since the first game after their last loss, so the D-Backs appear to be trying to disrupt their mojo.

    It's entirely possible. I would be very happy for the team if they did, but I'd still be extremely disappointed as a Sox fan, which is who I would cheer for. I'd also hate knowing all these bandwagoners in Colorado are taking so much pride in a team that, two months ago when I moved from there, nobody out there even wanted to acknowledge that this franchise existed.

    If we do it midseason, which I would probably be against, even though my 2-3 team isn't benefitting from it, I think it should have to be unanimous. But if we change it for next season, then maybe majority vote or 2/3 maybe.

    I'm not so sure... :dunno: Remember what they did to Beckett in Fenway? Whatever kind of mojo this team has going (black uniform mojo?), they've obviously been absolutely incredible and are just on cruise control.

    Fascinating end to the ball game. Out at second oversliding the bag... 1-0 Rockies after a 5-1 victory... this team is absolutely rolling right now. Brandon Webb can't do it... so what's it going to take to stop this team?

    Looks about full on TV. Rockies continue to roll, so far. 5-1 in the bottom of the 7th, D-Backs were threatening but Upton got called for interfering with Matsui trying to turn the double play and now the fans are throwing stuff and Hurdle's gotten the Rockies off the field.

    It's always nice to get a guy with his speed that's hitting .320 back, but I love Spilborghs too... .299 average, 11 HR's, and 51 RBI's in limited playing time.

    Jeff Francis vs. Arizona -- 1-1, 2.84 ERA Brandon Webb vs. Colorado -- 1-3, 5.77 ERA Interesting. I think the Rockies take at least one game that Webb pitches.

    227 rushing yards on the night and he throws for it on 4th and a half a foot? What a f***in' worthless idiot. Can anybody name a worse coach at any level than Dave Wannstedt? From what I understand, the guy can recruit, but he took Pitt from a BCS-caliber team to a joke of a program. Have they ever even been bowl eligible under Wannstedt in his two years there? They're a long shot to make a bowl game this year.
