Because I guess it's pretty stupid to have an opinion on a move that looks like a blatantly bad idea and has a small chance of working out. If it does work out then fine, but for now it looks stupid and it is until we're proven wrong.

    Sorry, but I wouldn't even trust Papelbon to watch after my pet rock if I go on vacation, let alone handle a bullpen. But I agree changes have to be made. A new manager is necessary. There has to be someone out there that can do a better job. I'd trust Varitek as a player-manager. Maybe Eckersley. A new training staff is needed too.

    Oh wow, I forgot how when the Sox get into a bad place that these Yankee fan idiots start coming out of the woodwork trying to start s***. Just goes to show, all the championships and money in the world can't buy class, or stop these miserable douchebags from seeking attention any chance they get. You think fans of such a historic, important organization wouldn't act like a bunch of under-educated poorly raised trash.

    That's how life works? Gee, I sure hope I can use the attitude you have about all this if I ever get fired from a job. "It's not my fault I suck at this job. I'm a part of a team, and it sucks we are underperforming, but these things just happen, no one is to blame!" Yeah that'll go over real well. Get realistic, stop being so complacent. SOMEBODY on this team needs to take some responsibility.

    Of course I'm gonna get nasty when you post the same stupid comment after every game about a player who has actually done something over the last month unlike everyone else on the team. Yeah, we really should of went in hard for the guy with a few more years experience but a .100 point less OPS over the same time span. That would of been a tremendous help.
