  1. In b4 delusional people come in and start saying "it's not tito's fault, it's not the FO fault, it's not the player's fault, you're all just pessimistic blah blah blah" Shut up
  2. Ha, I was exaggerating about the Robert Andino homer.
  3. Holy s***, I hate this team so much. Tampa deserves the wild card.
  4. HOW DID MCDONALD NOT CATCH THAT ONE?
  5. I knew MCDonald was gonna do that. Every time he f***s up he hits a HR
  6. It is way too bright on the field today. Damn.
  7. If he isn't gone after this season then the front office is screwing up. I don't care about the 2 world series titles, that is just sentimental s***. It doesn't get him a free pass. Any other team and this guy would of been gone awhile ago.
  8. We need a facepalm smiley.
  9. His ERA doesn't measure his worth to this team all that much. Fact is he gave this team a decent enough chance to win every time out this season. That is pretty important when every starter has had an injury this year. What would of been a better option?
  10. I lol'd
  11. a700 was supposed to make the next thread
  12. It does make sense. Read my above post. If these things happened once in a while it's normal. But the amount of injuries the past few seasons has been too much for normality. Wayyyyy too much. Some things have been freak accidents like Pedroia's leg or Jacoby's ribs. But so much other things haven't been. If no one is going to be accountable why have a large training staff and all of that?
  13. Where did I say that? Either way, it may not be his direct fault but the organization as a whole is partially responsible for it. If players come into camp out of shape they should be reprimanded for it. They are employees after all, who have to be at their best. Then during spring training and the season they regularly have workouts to help keep themselves healthy. Obviously something is not working out in either one of these scenarios. If it's in this one then they need to take a look out at their training staff and workouts and conditioning. Late season fatigue and small injuries are normal, but to constantly have multiple players going on and off the DL multiple times in one season just isn't right. Players who are in great shape and are worked out well and conditioned well don't have that happen.
  14. What an observation and a hell of a contribution. Thanks!
  15. After the big deal made about this team before the season, if they miss the playoffs or lose in them there needs to be some accountability for it. This is pathetic. Work needs to be done. And I don't care that there has been injuries. That is another reason really. Obviously their conditioning is s***. There hasn't been any decent options to fill the voids. Everything is just crap really.
  16. Yes he should have. But he was used 2 times during the Toronto series :/ He should be doing these starts instead of Weiland or Miller.
  17. If any game of this series I wanted the Sox to lose in it would be the game against Shields. Screw this
  18. I've never seen Francona give someone the hook so fast. Maybe the FO got sick of his s*** and told him he better start actually managing
  19. Oh my god. If that's what it feels like then Youkilis is one of the maniliest dudes I've seen.
  20. Youkilis needs to just rest and heal. s***
