    Can someone please explain to me more about the draft tonight and about the league in general. (1st time for fantasy league baseball) To begin with, what's everyone's payroll? Is there some info on the set up, somewhere on the Yahoo Sports Fantasy League Page?

    TTT for this thread anyways so I might as well comment on it. I flipped through a few baseball magazines today that I saw on the stand... everyone of them had the Mariners at last in the AL West. Honestly, WHAT do you see in the Mariners, Soxfan#1? A team that finished last in runs scored last year and will probably continue that trend. If you want to argue the fact that pitching will help them out, let me go ahead and set you straight. Damn the Mariners suck.

    I'd probably go with Arroyo also...Wake's ERA has been up these past couple of years (not that Arroyo's hasn't) and I think Bronson will pull through for us this year.

    I kind of like the idea...too many people may not show on Mar. 11th, and this is probably the fairest way to do it. Luck of the draw I guess you'd call it. This is my first time playing fantasy league baseball, so who ever has played it before would know more about drafting players automatically. Drafting is the key thing I thought to fantasy baseball, so my question is, what is the point of doing it if you don't choose your players?
