  1. The FSN Northwest camera man didn't even show Drew making the catch. He was panned up in the crowd looking for the ball to be caught by a fan.
  2. Credit where credit is due: Nice pitch, Snyder. Good strikeout.
  3. S#%^! F#&*! D^%$! I blame Lugo. Alright bullpen, let's go. If nothing else, maybe this will help... West Coast Edition: RED SOX RALLY MONKEY! http://homepage.mac.com/lspath/rally_monkey.jpg
  4. C'mon Lugo. Break out of that streak right here.
  5. Finally. How can Snyder be having a meltdown? We're playing the Seattle f***ing Mariners, the park is half full, and of that, 50% of the fans are cheering for the Sox. Christ.
  6. Just one more out. C'mon Tavarez.
  7. Ah, I see we are both watching FSN Northwest, Red Sox Rooter. I thought it was ridiculous that they showed the numbers for Wednesday's matchup, and called it a "great matchup." Whoever the Mariners pitcher that day is (against Dice K) has an 8.20 ERA. How is that a "great matchup"?
  8. Let's get this series started off on the right foot, Sox. Please no jet lag, like the last west coast road trip. Hopefully Jeremy Guthrie will continue pitching well for the O's tonight with the Yankees in town, also (4-1, 2.42 ERA).
  9. You talk about pure dominance. Wow. Way to go Papelbon; way to go Sox (minus Lugo)!
  10. Thanks, schillingouttheks. I had completely forgotten that the Yanks game went 13 yesterday.
  11. I am not watching the Yankees game (obviously, the Sox game instead), so why did New York bring Clemens in to pitch?
  12. Well, I am out. 6-0 is not out of reach, even for the way we have been hitting, but I have to turn in Bobby and The Departed to Hastings tomorrow. So I might as well watch one of them. Take care guys. Let's hope we can at least put up a run or two.
  13. Eh, I see what you're saying about Crisp, inkman. However, the 7-8-9 hitters -- Mirabelli (.188), Lugo (.196) and Wake (.000) really blew our one opportunity.
  14. I should be out seeing '1408' right now. Damn this probation. Damn these Padres.
  15. Is there a fight in the stands, or what?
  16. Nah, Terry won't get tossed. Everyone in the park, except the third base ump, could see that one was gone.
  17. Cut us a break, please? Please?
  18. Manny takes two pitches he could have belted, and swings at the third one, which looked like ball four.
  19. Sorry. Just read your post, One Red Seat. I think it is John Kerry.
  20. Is that guy a couple rows up behind home plate wearing a John Kerry mask? Maybe this has been discussed before and maybe you guys can't see him on NESN, but I thought I would ask. My MLB.TV is too blurry for me to tell.
  21. That was too far inside. Bad call.
  22. C'mon! Big inning right here, Sox.
  23. Damn. Well, hopefully Wake gets out of this inning giving up nothing else, and the bullpen continues its dominance. There is no excuse for us not to be able to score more than three runs.
