it's not about that. if javy was still a yankee all you yank fans would be talking about how he's going to make a great comeback and be the next pedro like you were saying prior to his 2004 season. now that he's not a yankee he's all of a sudden a terrible pitcher. all your judgements are biased, if they wear pinstripes they are good, if not, they suck. john

where would we put him? on the bench? billy is going to be 3rd, we allready have hanley and dustin that can play 2nd with renteria at ss. not to mention we still have bellhorn. not sure what wright would do for us other than trade flexibility with him or other due to him becoming a sox. john

are you guys watching this game? vick depends on his legs. he can't pass if his life counted on it. the eagles will eat him alive, and if he does somehow find a way to beat the eagles either team from the afc would destroy him. john

i don't care what uniform he was in, to me it depends on the player. i would take matsui on my team (if needed) any day of the year, he's a competitor, a good guy and a good ball player. as for javy, i don't think it would take specs. the dbacks are in search for an everyday center fielder, they would really like to have payton. i don't mind giving that up for javy, especially since the yankees are eating part of his contract. john

i make you look like kids. in my "prime" i was super moderator of 3 boards, moderator on 3 more and posted on about 4-5 more. my post per minute online percent was well over 1.000 that was over 4 years ago though. john
