I prefer to let Tito have blind faith. The fact is, Schilling's velocity is not where it should, while his walks are down now, he is still pitching behind in the count way too much. His first inning last night was great: first pitch strikes, and then he just seem to lose track givng up hits to an awful hitting ball club. Some blame here rests with Tito for not putting out a top lineup to help Schilling get the run support we all knew he would need. Sitting out Nixon (against a righty, that's a new one), and Graffy, having Mirabelli pinch hit in the 8th with the bases drunk, and also whinning about the late start didn't help.
