  1. Date & Time..........Favorite..............Spread.............Underdog 2/5 6:30 ET............. Pittsburgh............. -3.5..................Seattle Total Points Scored in the Super Bowl :....................37 Pts. I guess I gotta take the team that the two leaders won't take.
  2. Holy s***.... Kobe...what the hell?
  3. Well, for the sake of trying to win the thing, I'll probably end up picking Seattle and a reasonable score ...
  4. The title of the thread is "Ideas for sox Rotation in 06." As in...that rotation was an IDEA.
  5. Hey, just remember. You still have to win by at least 4.
  6. Oh well, at least Tatupu is the man.
  7. Take a look in the other thread.
  8. s***, touchdown Seattle. 7-0.
  9. A team with Reggie Bush (most likely) in their future is NOT sad. Andre Johnson is nasty. David Carr would be good if he had a damn line. They have some weapons, they just need to figure out how to use them.
  10. No, no, no. Let's go PANTHERS.
  11. I agree that there was pressure, but in any other situation, Brady's smart enough to know that if he just throws the ball away, we can get 3 and the way the defense was clicking, we woulda gotten the ball back too. Anyway, that's not the point. The Steelers will win the superbowl, and that's my pick no matter who wins Carolina/Seattle. I want Carolina, but my head says Pitt. Oh well, Pittsburgh is absolutely amazing. And yes, I was confident picking Cowher in a big game.
  12. Amazing. Pittsburgh is on its way to the Superbowl after marching through the 1, 2, and 3 seeds. All on the road I might add.
  13. Cheers to ORS and Calvn! *Clink* Score one for the good guys
  14. And that should seal it. Touchdown Steelers. Score one for the good guy
  15. I will admit, some of the comparisons that say some Sox players are MUCH better than others is false. The only one I agree with is Manny is much better than Matsui.
  16. Well, Denver's slowly climbing back into this game. If they score here they're down 10, 27-17, with about 8 mins left. Enough time...c'mon Pitt shut 'em down.
  17. Well, the way the Steelers have been playing lately, I'd be pretty damn scared of them
  18. Ohhhhh, okay haha. Well, I don't tihnk our secondary needs that much help. Ty Law coming back to the Pats is a high possibility because the Jets are dumping salary and he wasn't that great for them. Rodney will be back next year, and Samuel will only get better. Eugene Wilson gets better every year. As a whole, our secondary is solid with future and current pro bowlers. Not to mention Tyrone Poole is still there (even though he's a bit old), but Hobbs did a great job filling in and will be a solid backup to have before he starts somewhere in the near future. Randall Gay isn't great, but he could be a solid nickelback or dimeback.
  19. When you say "we," do you mean the Colts or the Pats? You said you're a big Colts fan so I don't know which one you mean.
  20. Like I've said millions of times before.. It was a Pats' loss. Not a Denver win.
  21. Well, I've said it before in other threads but I guess I'll say it again... This is all based off of what could potentially happen. The Cardinals don't need a runningback in the draft, it's not their highest necessity. They need o-line help, and defensive help. Quick. If they wanna go with Marcel Shipp for another year...be my guest.
  22. YEAH!!! f***ing right!! 24-3 Steelers. Eat it, Denver.
  23. Damn illegal formation penalty. It's okay, still 15 seconds to score for Pit.
  24. Dillon's 31, and still has quite a few years left in the tank, at least he can. A team like the Cardinals who will never compete with the Pats in the near future, but needs to focus more on building themselves up, will trade with the Pats if they get the right stuff. Granted, this most likely won't happen, but it's a possibility.
  25. Jake Plummer. Wow. You're looking worse than Tom Brady last week.... But I'm not complaining. I'm that much closer to another point in picking! Woooooo.
