  1. Yes but I'm saying even if they don't and he keeps up this pace he will win it.
  2. They won't make the playoffs, but if he keeps up this pace I think he'll be MVP. As of right now the NL MVP is between Abreu and D. Lee.
  3. Derrek, no doubt.
  4. I agree I think those 3 are the best we have in the pen. Myers has been on fire lately, hopefully he'll be our number one option in clutch situations against lefties, and leave Embree for mopup duty or something.
  5. Yeah the Yankee fans yesterday were comparing Embree to Quantrill.
  6. Nice intro, and welcome to the site.
  7. Who's in your avatar today, I don't recognize her.
  8. I really wouldn't go that far. Embree and Millar aren't ruining my life, yet.
  9. Well I wouldn't go that far, but I don't want them on my team. Embree would be easier to replace than Bellhorn, so I'm more pissed off at Embree. g
  10. If you live in SF they probably picked up the Giants-Mets game, while everywhere but NY and SF get the Sox game.
  11. Alright Embree I put up with you for a while, but this is the last straw. I said you should only pitch against lefties, I take that back though. You should only pitch if we're up or down by 5 runs or more. You f***ing suck.
  12. If he produces more consistently people will stop. 1 game won't stop the criticism.
  13. Yeah Cabrera was good while he was here, but lately Renteria is showing that he is a better player. It was nice to see the reception he got the last 2 days though. Welcome to the site.
  14. Red Sox have been hitting Colon pretty well. Millar an RBI double and a home run. Nixon and Damon also have RBI doubles and 1 run scored on a throwing error by Kennedy. Angels scored on a leadoff homer by Figgins.
  15. Sox lead 4-1. Arroyo pitching decent.

  17. 1:20 on Fox http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/images/gameday/mugshots/112526.jpg #40 Bartolo Colon (6-3 2.75) vs. http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/images/gameday/mugshots/276520.jpg #61 Bronson Arroyo (4-2 3.98) Colon is 2-0 in his last three starts and has posted a 2.05 ERA over his last six starts. In his last outing, Colon allowed four runs on a season-high 12 hits with six strikeouts over 7 2/3 innings to the Royals. Colon has not issued a walk in his last two starts and is 3-4 at Fenway Park. Arroyo, who is looking for his first win since May 5, is coming off a rare bad outing -- he was shelled for 10 hits and seven runs over 2 2/3 innings in a loss to the Orioles. In his career against the Angels, Arroyo is 0-1 with a 9.72 ERA. However, not included in that stat ledger was the impressive start he had against Anaheim in Game 3 of the 2004 ALDS, when he allowed three hits and two runs over six innings in a no-decision.
  18. Henin-Hardenne wins the French Open on the Women's side.
  19. It's already started. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2075561.
  20. I didn't know it would come this soon.
  21. 6 in a row now. 2 to us, 3 to KC and now 1 to MIN.
