  1. I'm not tryin to rip you off... Galloway is a very reliable receiver, and you need one, while I'm looking for a tight end. If you're looking to get rid of him, sounds like my offer of Galloway was the only/best one on the table. At this point, I won't do it because Colston just went down, but if you're still looking to trade him 4-6 weeks from now, the same offer will be on the table.
  2. i offered you joey galloway for gonzalez which is a pretty even trade and you declined it.......
  3. I'll do it. I haven't followed hockey the past few years, kinda looking for a reason to get back into it.
  4. I had ACL problems (much worse than PCL and LCL, but still similar). Since I play competitive tennis, I obviously opted for the surgery, but my doctor also gave me the option of rehabbing it and strengthening it to the point where the tear wouldn't affect my every day life unless I was playing a sport or something. That's something that a lot of people do, and probably what Merriman is doing. His knee is probably pretty strong already. If he's gonna be playing on his PCL and LCL while their torn, it can't be too big of a tear. It'll still affect him a lot, but if he gets the right brace (he's a f***ing NFL player, he'll have no problem) it shouldn't be too big of a problem unless some sort of ridiculous accident happens. The only problem is, if it gets any worse he's f***ed. because once knee problems come about, they never ever go away.
  5. f*** me in the ass i would have forgotten i'm in the process of moving into school, but once i get there, dues will be sent.
  6. Maybe -1 for a dropped pass? That's the only thing I'd add.
  7. taking 26-6's spot, my name in the league is extremely self explanatory... i look forward to defending my championship with honor and domination only thing is, it wouldn't let me register for it under "plus" league... i tried it under "free" and it worked, despite what you said, SFOC, on the second page of this thread. it also won't show up on "my leagues" under fantasy sports... maybe its just awkward because it's a transition from free to plus, or what not... if i signed up wrong, let me know ASAP so i can fix it.
  8. afraid of the defending champion? i'd love an invite if possible.
  9. hoping i get an invite so i can defend my title
  10. I think I can speak for the rest of "Red Sox Nation" when I say: Manny, go f*** yourself.
  11. 40 in the summer league is like scoring 100 in y-ball... greene is raw as f***... he's got the skills to be a very good swing but he won't get there
  12. I'd only give a first round pick for Favre if it was going to put my team over the top. What team needs an old and aging QB to put them on the playoff map? Exactly. I'd give nothing more than a second, possibly a 3rd.
  13. i can make this forum to a new era MAKE ME ADMIN PLEASE
  14. Little less for Brady to worry about... like it a lot.
  15. Not happy about it, but also, I was hoping Danny wouldn't budge and give him the 4th year. Matt Barnes and Quinton Ross are who we should be looking at now I think.
  16. WOW. The Nuggets GIVE Camby to the Clippers for the right to exchange second round picks in 2010. They don't even acquire any assets. Horrific trade for Denver, they lose their only defensive piece, and will probably allow 115 PPG next year. I don't blame them, the only teams with cap space were the Grizzlies (who wouldn't spend their money on Camby), and the Clippers, so the Clippers were pretty much able to set the price. But wow, even if I needed to get rid of salary, I wouldn't have dealt Camby, he's got 2 years left on a decent size contract, that's gonna be a nice trading chip next year for a team looking to bolster their interior defense in the middle of next year.
  17. I haven't heard much, but I think 3 years is excellent, 4 is absoultely doable, and 5 I think is overkill.
  18. http://www.hoopsworld.com/Story.asp?story_id=9427 First line of around the league... let's just say my dick isn't soft right now, and I'm sure The Kilo is extremely excited as well. Seemed like a good time to get this thread going again, with Brand coming to the Atlantic Division which is shaping up to be AWESOME with Elton Brand and the 76ers and Jermaine O'Neal and the Raptors. Some HUGE moves so far... Brand to Sixers Davis to Clippers O'Neal to Toronto Pietrus to Orlando (big move for them, real under the radar player)
  19. wow i was pulling for roger, but that was the 2nd best match i've ever watched in my life
  20. stupid rain nonsense
  21. Any other fans besides me? Huge fight between Rampage Jackson and Forrest Griffin tonight.
  22. tyronn lue is much better than cassell, he's younger, actually plays pretty above average defense, and isn't too much of a downgrade from eddie house on the shooting end. people think lue and they think suck mainly because he's been on s***** teams his whole career (spare me the two laker championships he had, he played 40 games those two years). he played on two mediocre wizards teams, then on a pathetic magic, an overachieving houston team, a bad atlanta team, and behind jason kidd on an overrated mavericks team. he might be way past his prime from when he had 13/5 one year, but he still soots really good percentages, plays very smart and heady basketball, makes plays, and plays defense. i think lue would be terrific coming off of the bench for 10-15 minutes a game to spell rondo
