Yeah, he's a pretty horrible offensive player, but his jump hook has been falling recently. He puts the ball on the floor way too much when he gets it at the shoulders, instead of just going up with it. It's really keeping him from becoming a dependable center. Extremely inconsistent, and still pretty foul prone. He's been playing extremely well of late, so people think it's over with and this is the Perk we're gonna live with, but he's been playing out of his mind recently, it won't continue, but I think he'll be half decent for us.
As for the PGs you put up there, I'd probably take Cassell. Even though he's real old and s***, he's a proven winner, decent playmaker, and knows KG real well, so that's a plus. How much he could contribue? Not really sure, but I will say he'd be a good addition. But either or would suffice, both fit the roles well, and if we were to get either one I think we would be alright.
It's not that they don't stack up with the Pistons, I just think the Pistons have the chemistry, continuity, and experience that we don't have. I really love the Pistons bench as well as ours. I think it'd be a close series, but with Doc as the coach, I really have limited confidence in this team going far. He's just not good enough a coach to lead them to wins in the close late game situations.
