You treat people like s*** and they will rip you...manny and pedro shat on the press corps and when they had problems the pres was salivating to tip them up. a no brainer.

and that's breaking news? The truth is it's not all the fans, it's not all the players, and not's all the media. this is boston, and it's been a pressure cooker for a long time. why players think they should be above the scrutiiny is always confusing to me. gabe is a class act, and while not an everday player, an inspiration because he does his job and never complains and is apparently extremely supportive of his teammates.. the hittin heeb is back!!!!!!.....and will help a lot off the field and on it. we need more guys like gabe, mccarty, mirrablli, etc..the back bone of any team isnt always on the field.

the media is just doing their job, and the players know the media is aggressive here and yet they still sign for the money. The players are responsible for it all, not the media and not the fans. They are big overpaid babies, and for the most part egotistical *******s. Luckily, The redsox have been blessed with guys who are cool--for the most part. The players who leave here who blame the media are the babies. Tough s***. If you're nice to people and not a superior overpaid putz you wont have trouble with the media, ask gentlemen like johnny damon, DO, tek, gabe, mirabelli, wake, bronson,trot, billy mueller... you never hear anything bad about them , now do you.No one is pushing manny anywhere--he doesnt speak to the media, so how can you blame them, they have to interpret his side of things on their own. pedro spoke when he felt like it. Same with Mo.. guess what you treat writers like s*** and they will crucify you, you treat them with respect and it's two way street. It's "shelfish" of players to think they are better because they play ball, and it's selfish too. I love manny and have overlooked this whole thing, I just hope this blows over.

millar is a member of the "asses of evil" (bellhorn, millar and embree) he is fat and useless, and with his measly 4 homers a waste. Nixon, on the other hand is fantastic, he should be playing everyday..even against lefties, with a rolled up newspaper, bliondfolded, holding a bucket of chicken (all eaten by millar) nixon would be better than that windbag.
