    Edwin Jackson hasn't amounted to anything. He keeps hitting a wall called AAA. Townsend got hurt, and is Niemann pitching again? Take it from the D-Rays, out of the Rice trio, they got stuck with the s***** ones. Maybe it's karma from them stealing Kazmir from the Mets. They should use that revenue sharing to resign Julio Lugo and Scott Kazmir. Chances of that happing are low, I mean you've got a better shot of seeing GlitterII then that happening.

    The point -------- -------> You are here. The Red Sox wanted to get younger and better at the same time. So, they made trades (Pena, Beckett and Crisp), and worked some of their prospects into the lineup (Papelbon, Lester, Hansen, Youkilis, and Delcarmen) while holding onto the other blue-chip ones. In other words, they'll make the team better, but not at the cost of a blue-chipper. Call it, prospect holding.

    They can save $300,000 by not playing Delmon Young. I hate this organization. I live here in Sarasota, and I always hear, "the D-Rays will grow on you." Any organization that does away with paper clips to build an aircraft career belongs in the minor leagues.

    Foulke can be a very effective pitcher if his elbow is healthy. If not, then I'd rather see Tavarez.

    They're the Devil Rays. They suck. They get all that money from revenue sharing, and it goes directly into the owners pockets.

    In 28 AB's in late situations, Kennedy is hitting .214. I'd rather face Kennedy, because Kedrick is the better hitter.

    Call me crazy, but I'd love to take a risk, and sign Eric Gagne.

    He could go Tony Womack or Bernie Williams on us, and show his age really fast. Face it, he's going to want a two to three year contract. He's not going to be the same player toward the end of his career.
