    Pap looks like the real deal, huh? The Detroit announcers mentioned that he does the exact same glove thing before he throws a pitch as Schilling does. I'd never noticed it, but it's true.

    Funny thing just happened on the Detroit/Fox telecast. They were talking about Pap and specifically Remy's comments about him being the best Sox prospect he's seen since Clemens... As they are talking the cameraman zoomed in on Remy. He's was looking all serious, looking into his monitor... They start to zoom out slowly and all of a sudden Wally and his girfriend came into the shot. The Detroit announcers were like "... and, um, what are those green things sitting in the window by Remy?" Neither announcer knows what they are. guess you had to be there..

    Did they show the naked guy on NESN??? They showed about 2 seconds of him on the FoxSports broadcast. I have a new respect for streakers now. A riot.

    I was just thinking on my drive home that with Paplebon coming up for tomorrow's game to pitch for Miller, it would be a good time for Wells to take his suspension after his next start. Paplebon could pitch his game then be sent down and recalled after Sept 1. Great. I have the FoxSport Detroit feed. Boo.

    I thought that if a team puts someone on waivers and another team claims them, that if they decided to eventually trade that player the team that claimed them is the only team that player could go to. :dunno:

    hehe. I own both. Right now I'm watching the Arroyo rockumentary on MLB.tv while my tv package shows the rain delay graphic. When the game comes back on, I'll go watch it on TV.

    They think 35-40 mins. Last night I think it was 41 minutes.

    Of course Millar is going to stay on for the rest of this season with the Sox. For all the hate mongering you guys do, remember that Millar does something none of our other players do. He plays 1b and both corner outfield positions. He's also the #3 catcher - though that is something I don't ever want to see. Olerude can't play everyday - he's already back on the DL. At the end of the season I think Theo will look to add power at both 3rd and 1st. Though if he picks up a second baseman with Bellhornian power (one that hits 15 or so HRs/yr) then Mueller may be back. I hope so but doubt it.

    Did you read that White Sox message board link from last night's game thread? They were praying Remlinger would come in because they know how bad he is.
