Ken Macha and Tito are virtually the same person. How is this any different? The thing with Francona that I like is that there is a legit reason for everything he does. And he explains the why's and why-not's after each game. I think he's done an excellent job this year considering the zillion injuries the team has had to deal with.

I know Papi is hot and Manny seems to be getting his groove back on, but I don't get Rent in the number 2 slot. His OBP this month is under .200. Ortiz would have tied the game up on Monday had there been a runner on base in the 9th. It's rather pointless to fill a spot that will see a lot of strikes with a guy who can't do anything with them right now... Oh well. :dunno:
