    That's nice. ... And that dude from American Idol singing for Ford. HOW THE HELL DID THIS GUY WIN ANYTHING????? There's a reason I've never watched American Idol, and this is why.

    Couldn't watch the game so watched a movie instead. Anyway, by the box score it seems MDC and Hansen pitched good. 2.1 innings/4K/0ER. How did they look? MDC 3 K? That sounds pretty good...

    And in the AL East it would be in the low to mid 4's... I still think it was a good move for both Pedro and the Sox to split. Good for the Mets too. And Pedro, who made out the best of all three of them seems to be the only one still upset about it. I watched a replay of the ovations Pedro got in his return last night and all I kept wondering was what the Mets players were thinking. They must have been like "dude, why the hell did you leave all this behind to come to NY? You're like a f***ing god here."

    Pauley is not much. I'll give the guy credit for pitching his ass off while in the Bigs, and he really did a great job in NY, but the guy's no more than a small piece to some other team's puzzle. He's got sub Arroyo stuff and ability. That's it. The Florida announcers mentioned that the Sox expect Clement back in July and Wells no sooner than August (why don't I get this news on NESN :dunno: ). If I were Theo I wouldn't do anything at the trade deadline unless it was a slam dunk for pitching. Let the 5th spot go to anyone willing to grab it until Clement or Wells gets it figured out.
