How many games/concerts do you attend per year?

I was trying to budget how much I should be spending on games at Fenway, opposing stadiums and concerts and wanted to compare and contrast with fellow Sox fans

 

i went to Fenway 3 times last year and I went to a dodgers game visiting my cousin in LA.

 

i also went with my gay cousin to see lil nas x in concert. is it normal for concerts to be way more expensive than sporting events?

 

football is expensive. Concerts are expensive

 

Fenway is expensive and so is dodger stadium, are other  teams that expensive too? I want to plan trips and am confused by pricing of different teams and stadiums.

I have a thick book with all my concert ticket stubs glued to pages. I used to go to 8-10 a year, but now maybe 3-5.

I usually go to 2 Sox games at Houston and try to go to one Fenway game a year, but missed last year and 3 years ago.

I try traveling to multiple cities per year and attending games/concerts if I can. Me and my friends want to attend a game at every stadium at some point. Last year I attended

8 MLB games (Boston, Baltimore x3, Cleveland  Cincy x3)

3 NBA Games (Wizards/Spurs, Wizards/Nuggets, Wizards/Nets)

3 NFL games (Steelers/Jets, Steelers/Commanders, Steelers/Ravens)

2 college basketball games (MD/Wisconsin, MD/USC)

10 concerts - Taylor Swift, Tate McRae, Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, Gracie Abrams, Blink182, Jason Derulo, J Cole, Post Malone and MGK.(most of these are girlfriends picks and I don’t kind pop so I’ll go with her)

MLB games are pretty cheap compared to concerts and NFL. I spent more on one Taylor Swift concert and one Steelers/Jets Sunday night game than I spent for all the MLB games combined and one of the MLB games was monster seats which were expensive lol. 

It might just be because the Wizards are absolute dog s*** but NBA tickets seem cheap too. I usually attend a few games just to see other stars in person like Jokic. Wemby, Giannis, etc.
