Wind chills where I live have been hovering around 30 all day so this will definitely be a cold one. Not the coldest temp at first pitch we've had this season, but it will feel like the coldest game for sure. Hopefully that quells the Seattle bats a little

Would be very very nice if Pivetta could give us six tonight. I know he likely might just go five. But would be solid to see tim give us 6. Bring in Whitlock for 7 and 8 and close with Barnes. Assuming we have a lead and aren’t playing behind lol.

I'm a TA for accounting and I have my office hours until 9. Thankfully there is nobody in our virtual room at the moment, so I have the radio broadcast pulled up in another tab and I'm chilling. MLB.com has a double box feature so I'm switching back and forth with the Yankees radio broadcast. Fun times

It's great that we've been able to hit good pitching this season (at least some of the time), but can we start hitting mediocre pitching? Because that is what we will be getting for most of this series

This is a game on paper we should win hands down. Seattle has average pitching at best and a terrible offense. It’s windy though so that might play a factor.

I would like to see us leave less men on base. Not necessarily none, but less

 

And be able to do something with it. Last night against the jays we just couldn’t capitalize. Tonight similar, but still early.
