Last night, back & forth Sox on MLB.com, Rays-Dodgers on FS1. Article that I couldn't read beyond the headline came to mind. What is Bellinger's secret? Simple, and Vasquez has picked it up:

 

QUIET. or, "wait wait wait/quick quick quick". Beliinger doesn't move an inch until the ball is on its way. Watchhim when you get a chance, Vasquez is doing much the same thing.

Watched two AB's so far, and Vaz is anything but s"still" waiting for the pitch. He's jiggling and bat waving , not wildly, but not "quiet" either. So far a strikeout and a jam shot grounder. He needs to listen to you.
