All I can tell you is that my local radio station carries the Sox. I turned the audio off on the tv and I'm listening tot Stiggy & Neveritt. There's a slight delay so I always know what I'm going to see on the tv in about five seconds.

Surprised that location has got you nailed for EEI radio broadcast. That must mean there is an ESPN radio broadcast that is covering your neck of the woods. That would be my recommendation because the three blind mice are just unbearable.
