For all the people saying it was a stupid decision, I didn't see any of you complaining about the move before the game. Hindsight is 20/20

Well, Jason, I did post before the game that BEEKS should be pitching for the Orioles or the Cardinals.

He was pitching well at Pawtucket, but now you see Triple AAA to the Majors.

It's a great point...But Why leave him in after the 3 spot ? he seems like a great kid .Im an asshat feel bad for him ...I'm sure he's pretty devastated .

I think we have to assume that the 7 run rule will be in effect with respect to Beeks even though I'm pretty sure Cora has not let any starter get that far.

I am not surprised Beeks is still out there. If you are going to bring him up for a spot start you have to give him a chance to calm down. His pitches are likely not doing anything because he is a nervous wreck. I am sure he has talent or he would not be here. At least give him a chance to calm down. If he is still giving up hits, get him outta' there.

Remember Bobby Sprowl.

Billy Rohr had a pretty impressive debut for the SOX a long, long time ago.

Elston Howard broke it, later Traded to us.

He surely could be another Sprowl. We will light a candle for him and hope he can actually pitch.

Funny how much Sprowl looked the part didn't he?

Now lots of curve balls and so far none hit hard. Talk about closing the barn door after five horses escape. My opinion, which ain't worth much, is that the game plan stunk.

He does have a change, but doesn't throw it often and rarely for strikes. If he can't throw a good change, he's just another Pom with a better fast ball.

60 pitches and still not out of the 2d inning, now bases loaded.
