Lol. How likely would that be to happen?

You, my friend, were cursed!

I have no idea how it happened, all the games were purchased really far in advance too, so I couldn't of made that happen if I tried.. I unfortunately remember most of the games because they really sucked.. They went 0-5 that year.. It was my worst experience ever viewing games in person..

i am of the opinion that vazquez needs a dl stint so he can receive eyebrow transplants.

I am almost certain that his current eyebrows are a liability during games.

This would explain his s*****-ish play so far this year.

lol!

The fact of the matter is that it is his eyebrows, due to their wind drag, is what makes him so slow on the basepaths. Like Ortiz before him, Vasquez just clogs the bases.

Jaybay I was not questioning the voracity of your post! I am laughing because it would seem almost impossible to be stuck watching the same guy 5 times in one season.

It seems that I saw Wake or Buch every time I went to Fenway 2010 until they both were gone.

Maybe so! However I would suggest that the lines cut into his brows lend vector stabilization when he does run.

I just love the physics of this game!

Oh I know, it was ridiculous. It didn't matter if it was in Boston or Baltimore (the only two places I really see games, although I plan on going to Philly this year for a game), I somehow always got the same idiot. There is a reason I really hate Wade Miley, even though he wasn't the worst pitcher we ever had, but he literally somehow sucked all 5 games I went too. I must've been his bad luck charm or something and was the reason his ERA was that high lol.

Before Miley, I somehow got a lot of Dice-K starts, and man I hated those, they were some long games. The last few years its been pretty random.

Pom should be on a short leash from here on out this season, because there are 2 capablemukri-inning guys in the pen to back him up. I agree that Cora should have had him hit the showers after the 3rd inning.

Cora is probably as mind blown as us with Poms s*** play. But it may be time to pull the plug. He was fantastic last year but the injury obviously did more damage than we thought.

This guy Moylan has had a very underrated career.

I get a kick out of Markakis having a resurgent year.

I remember when I first came to Talksox I was criticle of JD Drew and his bloated contract. I got hammered by the Saber dudes who pointed out repeatedly that based on the value of wins that he was a bargain.

Then I asked the board who they would prefer to have on their team, Markakis, or Drew.

Everyone said Markakis.

I think Markakis was making about half the money as Drew then.

I have always liked Markakis.

I don't mind giving Pomeranz more starts, he's proven to be a good pitcher in the past, and as recently as last year, but the trigger needs to be quicker. We literally have 3 long reliever guys in Velazquez, Wright and Johnson.

I've also always been a Markakis fan. He's had a very underrated career, partly due to mostly being on awful teams.

I'd give him 3 more chances with a quick trigger. Cora can't leave him out there to blow up games.

Maybe Cash is going to prove prescient in starting Romo in games knowing he is not going to go even 3 innings.

or,

maybe this is Cash's way of saying "this is getting ridiculous guys".

Pedey looked like he got zeroed in the last AB. I thought he had his first hit there.

He's hit the ball hard the last two times up. Just bad luck. He looks good.
