It's not just arm strength. He cannot seem to pull anything down in the zone. He is lucky he is facing the Rays. If he faced a team with a big league caliber lineup, he'd have given up 8 runs

Yea I have resisted the temptation to comment with the exception of the early season two day rests for Mookie. But it is getting a little ridiculous now because we seem to be resting EVERYBODY all the time.
