3/29 at Rays

He should have got Kelly out earlier for sure, but Kimbrel was predecided to only be used in the 9th and Smith came in as the possible next years closer and he sucked as well. The guys slated to pitch can't be that awful if we are to be competitive. One of us might have come in and done better. What is wrong with these guys?

Whether or not kimbrel was available in the 8th, Cora needed to get Kelly off the mound 2 hitters earlier.

I’m starting to get over this loss already. It’s one game. Cora needs to get his s*** together. No better time for a Lesson learned, rather him learn it now. The BP need to get their s*** together. Hope that HP ump gets his s*** together because he was downright horrible. Just as bad as Kelly. Look on the bright side, The Rays have peaked. It’s all down hill from here for them. It’s gotta suck to have your best game of the season (with massive help from the umpires) right out of the gate. Whatever, On to game #2.

 

On the flip side, I was getting ready to say that we got one of our worst losses out of the way early. It can only get better for us.
