Gentlemen ( and Lady ) get your brooms at the ready. The Sox will sweep those annoying birds back across the border where they will be forced to console themselves by consuming large quantities of poutine ( or whatever that gravy drenched French frie crap is called ) and lousy Canadian beer.

Yeah but I dont trust a guy who doesnt do good when it counts. Doing good now means nothing, theres nothing to play for. I am seriously loathing Buch because more than anyone, he stopped the momentum we had going last week.

 

And likewise is the same reason I want to keep Lester because he knows how to do it on the big stage.

 

Maybe Buch needs a whole season to get over his injury. Its the only reason I can think of as to why hes still pitching for us.

He has the potential to be very good but he just is so inconsistent. He can't and has never thrown over 200 or more innings. He has really only pitched two close to full seasons and one was sub par with a 4.56 era in 2012 and the other was excellent with a 2.33 era in 2010. Even the first half of last year he pitched like the best pitcher in the league but he has now regressed to this after his injury. Clay buchholz is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get and because of that, I don't want him in the rotation.

It's really a shame. After the season he had last year to come out here and stink it up like this. It kills the entire momentum giving up big runs in the first couple innings. Unfortunatrly with how inconsistent our offence is our pitchers most nights need to be perfect in order for us to get a win.
