I have heard Lackey say that AJ calls a really good game. He has said this at least two times. But who knows. They just seem to be missing their spots. It's pretty much the perfect storm of suck for the entire team now.

I hate them too. My point is Ross is the catcher for the two guys that have the lowest ERAs. That says something there.

Damn Bradley cannot hit. He's 3 years older than Bogaerts. I'll be happy if he wounds up around .250ba/.330obp and play good defense.

For now he may be. But it is trial by fire for the kid. The Sox need his defense and have no other option other than Vic to center and either Gomes or Nava in right. We just have to live with it now until the Sox make a move.

I have to think that Ben is working on getting help. This team just does not do all of the things needed to win consistently.

 

Grabbing Drew was a nice start but more needs to be done. Get a RH outfielder and RH starting pitcher. Give up some of those gold chips and get what is need to win now.
