Who? Only ones I can think of are Nomo, Dice-K, Okajima, Tazawa and Koji. I mean Dice-K was frustrating but he had some solid seasons and overall I would say was a solid pitcher. He didn't live up to the hype obviously but was still pretty good.

He had a decent rookie year. He had a luck fueled awesome year in 2008. He then proceeded to turn into the very essence of what awful was for 2009-12.
