Not just because you're a Yankee fan but you def want her to take off that shirt.

 

Anyway UConn is absolutely demolishing Notre Dame at this point. I feel bad for the Notre Dame coach considering that she mouthed off about the rivalry and for the 3rd time in 4 years she loses in the finals. (Notre Dame beat UConn in the final four in 2011 and 2012 but then lost in the finals to Texas A&M and Baylor, while UConn beat Notre Dame in the final four in 2013 before beating Louisville, and of course this year)

 

That said, if UConn didn't get upset by Notre Dame in 2011, this might have been the 3rd time that the guys and girls won in the same year.

 

I'm also happy that the 9 titles puts them ahead of Tennessee's 8, likely for good.

DeAndre Daniels heads to the draft. Boatright stays. This is an INCREDIBLY stupid move for Daniels. He was going to be heading into a senior season as probably THE scoring option for the defending champs with an experience PG feeding him. Instead, he jumps into the deepest draft in a decade, where he'll get a non guaranteed contract as a second rounder. I wish him all the luck in the world, but you don't come out early unless you're guaranteed a 1st round selection
