Probably the last year on Papelbon contract. Maybe he's still be effective by then.

Yes, that's the bright side of sucking this bad. Good players are useless to us, so there's no need to pay anybody good money.

Who will be our second baseman in 2014. Pedey is starting to show wear and tear. In 2 more years, he will be on the downside. Lester will probably be shot by then too, so add second base and another starter to the list of needs.
