Interesting decision point for V. Looks like Beckett will come out for the 6th but I would not be giving him much rope the way he has been going...especially since this ump while not squeezing him is not giving him any pitches either. I know that we likely need the pen tomorrow, but...

 

when you've got a chance at a win, you do whatever it takes to win. What if our starters go out tomorrow and both pull a Beckett, but their starters shut us down? Or our SP go out and throw 8 IP, 3 ER and they only give up 2.

 

I've always thought you win today and worry about the bullpen tomorrow.
