WS GM does consider himself something of a wheeler dealer. Some sort of whacky trade Youk again thing would not be a complete surprise although you would think the Yanks would be looking for pitching at this point.

Would you be putting him at DH if your the Yankees? If so, why would you put a guy who can't hit right now at that position?

"Youk is back in a familiar position, a target of the Yankees."

I think he was just referencing him playing against the Yanks. Maybe he got hit by a pitch?

Probable given how much he gets drilled.

Probably target as in hit by pitch target. Yanks can't be looking for a guy like Youk unless he has been a closet pitcher all these years.

Thank you for the clarification. I just checked the box score and Youk was HBP. Whew! My stomach feels normal again!

f*** you Nintendo! That should have been up the middle.

Ok. I haven't been out here as much lately. What's up with the Nintendo stuff? What'd I miss?

It's a reference to Princess Zelda's hairy cooter (Furbush).

Man what a screwy ballgame so far. First we get Mr Noodle Arm throwing balls dancing all over the place but frankly often ending up in bad locations from a pitcher's perspective. Now he is gone and this guy gets one clanked off his foot that should have been a hit. Screwy

Somebody on the opposing bench has a rabbits foot up their ass.

Boy doesn't seem like they must have been playing Salty way deep and that ball was way out there for a ball that dropped in like that?

They're the owners of the Mariners.

And if Xbox, play station, and GameCube were siblings. The GameCube would be the retarded brother who gets locked in the attic and kept on a chain.
