Geez Pedey was not close there. Something looked really wrong with that.....I mean besides the fact that he was out.

I wonder how long they let Morales go. My guess is he goes no more than 4' date=' but probably goes 3[/quote']

Hes thrown 4+ in relief outings.

Hes capable of throwing 5.

Probably around 65 pitches-according to Francona.

Yousiless keeps showcasing his talent. What is he now? 0 for 20. Time to release him if we can't get anything for him.

It's okay Pumps, Crawford is gonna come back some day and carry us on his shoulders.

And that Yousiless failed to even make contact again?

I think Crawford is going to contribute Brennan. Not carry the team, but improve it, after he gets back into the swing of things.

Did you not see his jump?? He went back toward the bag, then took off. He didn't take off until Maholm's front foot was landing.

They were just trying to stay out of the DP. Instead, Youk K'd and they ran into a DP.

Think I heard that BobbyV said he thought Morales could give more than 5.

Crawford is still a damn good player. He had a bad year, lets not write him off yet.

Boy it was not so long ago for Soriano....young talented player on the way up.....now he is a guy with a bloated contract thats hard to move. Man it happens fast when it happens.

Needs to have some low pitch count innings then.

His offense was always power dependent, but what took him above and beyond was his speed. When he stopped stealing 30 bases, his batting average slid and his effectiveness waned. He was not a good candidate for a long term deal, but the cubbies gave it to him anyway

Ya' I agree it did look like there was a play on but Youk was off by so much that I wondered if he missed a sign or something. It almost looked like Youk was not prepared to swing which makes no sense at all.

None of this is Morales' fault. Castro hit a ball for a triple that was outside the zone, and was then he was victimized by careless baseball.

That logic won't fly around here. It's too......logical.

Yeah, we should assume he will play as good or better than he did years ago with a different team whenever he does come back. He played a few games for us last year....and he sucked out loud. I can see the logic of assuming that he and Ells will turn this clusterf*** around.

f***ing Darnell McDonald......

thats the OF's ball all day long.....

Maybe so, but Pedroia got his glove on it. He had that play made but blew it. He has to make that play if McDime doesn't call him off.

Just looked at the DVR as well....McDonald is gliding towards it and assuming that Pedroia will catch it...

Much easier play for the OF than the INF and the OF should call the INF off the ball as he is coming in.

Posted
I'm guessing you could of made that play routinely? Nobody's perfect

I do my job; he should be able to do his. Sloppy baseball. No free pass there. Sorry.

Yeah that ol MVP of position players is a pretty worthless player. Those 8 seasons for Crawford are ********. Last year is what matters. I don't care if he's made changes to his hitting stance from last year and closed it to be more consistent with 2010 and prior.

Nah. They'll just both suck because I'm negative.

No, its the OF's ball.

If you played the game, youd know it.

Dont understand the hate for the only player who gives a s*** on the team.
