I put this in the p90x thread, but has anyone in here tried Insanity? I just ordered it. Heading to the beach in about 2 months, want to get into shape. Only have about 10-15 lbs to lose, 20 if I'm greedy.

My problem with it is that V ends up pullin' guys that are doing OK only to eventually run into one that gets reamed and then V has to pull his horns in cause he has already used so many guys and everybody he would like to pitch is sitting on the bench next to him. The guy who comes in and gets reamed ends up taking a real beating. Three pitchers to get the Rays outta' one inning seems a little excessive to me. The Rays are not a good hitting team...that is not their thing.

Pena was hitting .220 with 25 K's in 50 AB's vs LHP coming into tonight. That's now 28 K's in 54 AB's vs LHP.

I didn't really have much to lose; although I did lose 15 pounds. I did gain a lot of muscle though.

The guy is having a bad year. He will get a few HRs; hell, Marlon Byrd hit one.

Gonzo's act is getting really old. No plate discipline; swinging at the first pitch there was just plain STUPID.
