From what I saw he focused on the hitters without going nuts over they guys on base...a problem in his last outing.

Also, doesn't Will Middlebrooks seem like the exact type of player the Sox needed to add? He makes good hard contact all the time and doesn't seem phased in the slightest by being with the Sox. Pretty nice addition.

The schedule doesn't matter when they've been as poorly as they were so far. It's not an overstatement at all. They are still playing against MLB players and they have been absolutely terrible in all facets of the game at one point or another.
