Seriously' date=' man. I'm ashamed to be a part of this fanbase sometimes.[/quote']

Says the guy who thought Lackey was a good pitcher last year.

Ignorance goes both ways sometimes.

We should praise these last place f***nuts like they deserve right? Especially after starting the season so well to make up for their hard fought September.

For a while he wasn't bad. I wasn't the only person who thought so.

They're letting Ulbado get away with murder tonight.

Well I would not say that necessarily and I have been very critical when the Sox have played truly s***** baseball. They showed us what they can do when they use their heads at the plate for a change but the question in this game will be...can they sustain it...can they play good baseball for a whole game or even most of a game. Last half inning...not so good in our half...but they have still played decent baseball in the field so far for a change.

I am actually proud of this group of people, insane as we are to keep following this team, loss after loss, bad decision after bad decision. We are still here; loyal fans. It is the people who have abandoned the team that you should be ashamed of.

I'm not saying you were, just that everyone has their own biases. Not one of us is right 100% of the time. If people are reactionary now, maybe they'll have egg on their faces at year end. We'll just have to see.

Real fans tell it like it is; bonnetheads tell it like they wish it were.

You want to use that as a sig, feel free.

Point taken. It's still frustrating to see the vast majority of us sounding the alarm in early may.

Four runs is not going to win this game.

I agree pumps which is why I think they have to avoid playing s***** baseball. They have played reasonably good, smart baseball so far tonight. When they play poorly (which has been most of the time lately) and combine that with their starting pitching...it is a poisonous combination. Starting pitching is almost everything to begin with and if you play stupid baseball as well...I don't see how you win games that way...even 50% of your games that way regardless of how crummy the teams you play might be.

4 runs can win the game

No question 4 runs can win a game....that would suggest that Buch does not blow up though. They way V has handled the starting pitchers if Buch blows up ya' gotta figure the tribe is likely to score 3 runs anyway. Hard to bet that Buch won't eventually have a blow up at some point tonight that will equal 3 runs or more.

Nava has been a good addition to the Sox in this game. He has played good defense...he has been smart and patient at the plate, has been good on the base paths....nice job so far tonight.
