I say Jacoby has a 3 hit game cashing in some RBI's and that he gets his first SB. Papi/Ross get their first HR's...and that we come out on top to snag the win. I also have a feeling that Salty or Youk may hit a HR, but that could be a stretch.

Here's hoping.

iortiz, I love that some of your English sayings are just a little off. They are pretty funny. It's a good barometer, but keep on keeping on man. I would certainly make an ass out of myself if I posted en espanol.

Tampa Bay beat Verlander in the 9th inning the other day with 4 runs--on a couple of walks, a wild pitch, and 3 bloop hits. A reliever was responsible for a walk and a couple of those hits. Verlander had shut them out on one hit for 8 innings.

That's the kind of team they are. They are scrappy.

f*** that. We seen them bloop the s*** out of us in their trop rat hole.

And wouldn't mind them backing 'Eva' off the plate a bit in this series. Turd is too comfortable up there.

Then what do we do about Gonzalez and Ortiz? Pedeys a spark plug' date=' him and ells get on and the big boys get to work. I like Sweeney in the 5 right now, hes hot right now and we could use somebody getting on base for the lower end of the order. I think we can agree on one thing though, for right now, get youk the f*** outta the 5 hole.[/quote']

Lineup is real short if Pedroia has just Gonzo hitting behind him the last few times. Youk need to start hitting. He's going to find himself hitting cleanup somehow today with a lefty going.

I don't care about the dismal start, I'm excited for this home opener. The 100 years crap will be milked to death though.

Luke Scott and his home park rat trop call Fenway a dump. Maybe he should stop talking. What a ****.

Well luke Scott is also a vulgar and disgusting racist so he can f*** himself sideways. He's a piece of s***, he isnt worthy of being tasked with wiping our asses with his tongue, the f***er.

Should they be proud that they've kept the same stadium since 1912? Should they be happy that they are forcing larger people (taller and heavier) to fit into seats built for 5"5" 130lb people? Should they be happy that some of their seats are obstructed, hence you cannot see s***, but still charge an arm and a leg for the experience? They are gonna milk this, but they've seriously f***ed the fans. I have seen multiple games at Fenway and have even played there and have been in the lockerrooms. I had nicer locker rooms in college playing at a field where a Red Sox affiliate plays. And the stands were nicer. After seeing games in the old Yankee Stadium and then seeing a game at the new Yankee Stadium, I cannot think of a better way to reward the fans of the sox. Give them a new stadium.

Beckett slaughtered Tampa last season. Hopefully this can help him get back on his 2011 track. I'm calling at least 7 with 2 ER or therabouts.

Oh bard will hop on the bandwagon soon.

I'm not sure why the Globe shows MLB Network carrying the game. They are showing the NYY and Angels right now.

Yeah it pisses me off when they do that. The team site said its on Mlbn. Oh well, radio app on the iPhone!

Glad I have the baseball package. Wish I had NESN so I could the Opening Day Ceremonies.
