Last time he was in TOR, he was pumping 87-88. Now he's pumping 92-93. 5 MPH is a significant difference, makes the rest of his stuff play much better. Completely different Lackey, glad he's getting that elbow taken care of and getting extended better.

I love the way Wake has been throwing, but at the same time, he's not going to give us 150-180 innings. I really want to see how Kyle Weiland or Andrew Miller can do in that 5th role. Wake will give us 6 IP usually, and his 5th and 6th is typically shakey. We need someone who can get through 6-7 and save the bullpen sometimes.
