Alcohol' date=' Dr Pepper, Taco Bell, cigarettes, a Sox T-Shirt, my AM radio and lonliness.[/quote']

This is my plan. Minus the Taco Bell. I'm low carbing it again.

Gonna watch as many games today and then at four tomorrow i will be glued to the couch to watch ever second of the game.

Sunflower seeds, sitting on here watching and yelling at the tv.

As for today, actual Opening Day, I'll performing a punchlist inspection on the brand new LDR/NICU ward of the hospital we are rennovating (Labor, Delivery, Recovery / Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit). As for the Sox opener, I'll be at a new pub near my house called The Tilted Kilt with some Sox fans from work here in San Antonio. Game starts 3:00 pm CST, so we are all leaving a little early to get there by first pitch.

This sounds just like my usual game activities, except TV instead of radio. Pretty much what I did last year.

Just open up the tacos and quesadillas and eat the insides out with a fork' date=' like a more high-class diner or Jeffrey Dahmer.[/quote']

That sounds like a good idea. But it does not work. There are insidious carbs laying in wait.

I am limited to 20 grams a day. I've lost 35 lbs. in 26 days.

Also, I know how to make much better food than anything available at Taco Bell.

Leaving work at 1:30, getting my car serviced (oil change, state inspection...) Heading to my normal watering hole about a mile from my house, Home Team Grill. It's a very Red Sox friendly sports bar! :D

CANNOT WAIT!!

Taking April 8th off for the Sox home opener!!

Spud. I yo-yo onto the Atkins quite often. A really, really tasty way to eat fried food is to make a tempura batter with eggs, grated parmesan cheese, and some spices. Batter the chicken then immediately drop it into a deep frier. It is absolutely sinful and carb free

As a Doctor you know that you can't do that. It takes 10-14 days to reach ketosis.

If you want to give it a real go I'd be willing to help.

Your recipe sounds yummy. I have tons of them.

Tonight I thought I'd experiment. I had Ham Hocks with Collard Greens. Collard Greens have very little taste so I heavily doped the meal with crushed garlic then seasoned with ground black pepper, sea salt, and fresh lemon juice. Next time I'm using some crushed red peppers.
