What I loved about seeing Mo tonight was that his velocity is a little down (89-90) but the movement looks better than it ever was. That backdoor cutter to Kinsler was sheer beauty. I am definitely teaching my son how to throw a cutter once his hands are big enough (and once I have one). Looks like the daughter is coming first

Hopefully your son hates the Yankees because the world needs less of them.

Rhodes has been a Yankee patsy for about 15 years. The Rangers idiot manager somehow thought that history was irrelevant.

Total Yankee luck getting a washed up over the hill Chavez and him becoming a clutch performer. What a joke. Chavez was one step away from pumping gas before the Yankees signed him.

Chavez was one step away from having his L spine fused, which would have ended his career. He's not healthy enough to play every day, but as a guy who can spell ARod or Tex, he's becoming invaluable. If he keeps hitting like this, he might give Jorge a run for his money at DH

Burnett's mechanics have unravelled this inning. Hopefully Rothschild talks to him in the interim. He wont get through the middle of the order unscathed if he keeps leaving pitches up or out of the zone

I hate Joe Girardi. What a dumbass. He's been off all game long. He starts off the inning like s***. He walks Patterson with a runner on 2nd and 1 out with showing absolutely nothing and he leaves him in there to face Encarnacion, who f***ing owns him. Then he lets him face Nix. Girardi sucks and I hope he falls into a buzzsaw on his way home tonight. We cannot win with managing this bad

KRob is looking like a closer right now. He is maturing into a pen ace.

We know, they are all pen aces. Have been for years, and the next crew up will be to. Wake me when the song changes.

Have you watched him at all? He looks like our second best reliever right now. Regardless' date=' they'll all be burnt out if CC is the only guy who can get past 6[/quote']

He doesn't look remarkably different from any other year. He's a good strikeout pitcher, always has been, but he walks his fair share too. When that stops, he takes a step forward, but it's too early to tell if that's happened. He's thrown 5.1 innings coming into tonight.

I see Girardi is going with the Jabba as Tanyon Sturtze strategy.

That's Joba's 10th inning of the year. We cannot continue to do that without blowing out his arm. The problem is' date=' AJ was completely burnt, so he didnt have much recourse[/quote']

Lance Pendleton time.

He's going to have his arm blown out before Joba... he warms up EVERY game. it's crazy.
