I hate the globe. IMO the Herald is a much better newspaper. Its a blue collar newspaper and their sports section blows the Globes out of the water!

Except that Thomase still writes for the Herald. The Globe has some younger writers that are really good, especially for C's and Pats coverage.

 

The blue collar aspect doesn't really play a roll in the sports section.

The whole theme of spring training coverage is "rising from the ashes," which is getting really old, really fast. Everyone's healthy, plus a few new faces in the bullpen/lineup. They know what happened and they know what they need to do.
