I got my team in this one. I think that YH's team is underrated and that it will be a very good team in 3 years, however, I don't see it being a championship level team for another few years after that. I think that YH's team would struggle against WB's team, my team, Jbay's team, Ytrb's team, and even Kilo's team.

I think that YH relies a lot on potential, whereas my team is A LOT more talented and has some young players with potential. I think that I have one of the best starting 5's in this thing, and one of the best backcourts with Rondo and Wade. In addition, while my center spot is the weakpoint now, I think that Griffin and Hibbert have the power to be a championship frontcourt for a long time, especially considering that some of his frontcourt players are "soft", like Aldridge and Bargnani, while his other 2 aren't very good offensively (Chandler and Varejao). I have key role players on the bench, many of which are key starters on their respective teams. In addition, my wild card is in my opinion, one of the best 3 point shooters in the game with Kyle Korver.

Not to mention that in addition to YH's question marks in terms of talent and potential (as in terms of development) we don't even know if Ricky Rubio is going to be playing in the NBA in 3 years time.

I think that my team has the better backcourt, frontcourt, bench, and wildcards in this one. That said, YH does have a good team and in many years has the potential to be a top team here, just not in 3 years.

Rondo and Westbrook are two of the best up and coming PGs in the league. Rondo is the better playmaker whereas Westbrook is far and away the more versatile offensive weapon. Defensively I'd say they're about equal. Then I have Rubio and Louis Williams, one is an awesome ball handler and the other is a very dynamic scorer.

Chandler and Varejao are very versatile defensively and they will be able to play inside or outside against Nowitzki and Griffin. Aside from Rondo, I don't think Ital is very good defensively, where my team would crash and burn on them with my guys that can drive to the hoop (Westbrook, Lee, Williams), and dump it out to my perimeter shooters (Webster, Aldridge, Bargnani). Westbrook and Chandler would be a premier pick and roll combo, and Westbrook and Aldridge would be a premier pick and pop combo.

I don't see how anyone can say that his bench is better than mine. I have the two most talented players (Bargnani, Varejao), and more role oriented players. Ital might have a little more talent than I do, but I firmly believe I have the better unit and would win a 7 game series.

I love ital's frontcourt over YH's, Nowitzki will dominate Aldridge on the offensive end, and Griffin is going to be one of the best big men in the game in a few years, though he will have a size disadvantage on Chandler. I like Odom and Hibbert a lot off the bench too, Bargnani and Varajao are good for sure, but I still think Odom and Hibbert are better

Granger is better than Gay for sure, but Wesley Johnson is a good up and coming player. I like YH213 at SF slightly

As far as backcourt goes, I like Rondo over Westbrook, Rondo is better than him at everything except straight up shooting, and D-Wade is way better than DeRozan. Rubio is a good guard, but he probably will not even end up in the NBA, and the rest of YH's guards are nothing special

Overall, I think ital has a better team

I'm goin with Ital on this one. Normally this wouldn't be that tough of a decision when regarding Ital's team because I think he put a great squad together but YH built himself a team that matches up pretty well with him for the most part.

I'm going to start off with the point guards on this one. Both squads have very good young PG's but I give the edge to Rondo. Sure, he isn't the offensive player that Westbrook is but he is the superior defender. He is also the perfect fit to run the point for Ital's team seeing how he won't have a problem differing to the great offensive players such as Dirk and Wade.

I really like YH defense and definitely think he has the edge in that area but Ital's D is nothing to scoff at. They are just good enough to edge out this victory if you project Hibbert and Griffin to be what they should in 3 years.

The guard position really hurts YH team imo. DeRozan and Lee just don't cut it imo.

I vote for Ital,I like every part of his starting unit better except for SF (I think Granger is slightly better then Gay) and I think bench is pretty close (Id honestly take YH's bench), but I don't think the bench difference is a big enough difference to off set the starter difference. In a 7 game serious Id definitely go with Ital's team.

I think people are really selling YH's team short. When has Nowitzki dominated anyone in a game that mattered? Ital has a great selection of players but I thinkYH has the better team.

Thanks.

This really brings to light how retarded people are at voting for this. By voting by position, you're completely ignoring everything except for individual talent. Basketball is a TEAM game. Sure Ital's team was much more talented than mine, but my unit was better than his. Past Rondo, his team has no elite defenders at all. My offense would give his defense fits. My defense would give his offense fits.

I honestly don't see it, but you're both entitled to your opinions. I also think that YH has an underrated team, and that it CAN be a top team, but it would take more than 3 years for YH's team to be able to beat my team, Whiskey's team, JBay's team, Ytrb's team, or even your team Kilo. I would be surprised if any of the games in the series are within single digits.

I didn't say his team would beat yours. All I'm saying is I shouldn't have been 4-1 with his vote being the only one for his team. I'm fairly confident that a 7game series between these two teams goes at least six. Hell, I think Westbrook is good for one win by himself, did you see what he did to the Celtics on Friday without Durant?

Thanks.

Wade isn't too shabby on defense. Griffin isn't either and neither is Hibbert or Odom

And on your defense giving his offense fits, I honestly don't see it. Chandler, Aldridge, and Granger are not that great on defense. DeRozan is primarily a shooter, Westbrook is decent on D. Varajao off the bench is good on D, but is the rest of the bench really that impressive on D? Lee is alright, Bargnani isn't anything to brag about...I mean I honestly think ital has a better team on both ends of the floor. I do like your team, and I think a game between these teams would certainly go to 6 or 7 games, but I don't really agree with what you are saying.

Also, in a redraft it is almost impossible to know how two players would work together without actually seeing it. You can see how different skill sets mesh, but you can't see actual chemistry. As a result, you have to base this more off of skill.
