Anti-Fantasy Draft and Discussion Thread

I think Kilo wanted it so that no player was mentioned if they weren't drafted. I personally don't think it's a big deal, but I understand his point because it might influence the draft.

Edit: Suns, you should also get your pick ready in case Flynnatic does show up.

Kilo' date=' and others, you've gpt to be kidding me if you're taking this "exercise" seriously. How do you draft a team with no scoring criteria ? Running backs are not important as the linemen that block for them ? So you think you can draft any linemen ( all pro or not ) and expect them to perform a a team ? Just how are you going to measure that ? Then, you want to project out 3 or 5 years, what a joke. Do you have some magical formula to predict ; injuries, free agency, trades, releases, and retirements ?[/quote']

You're not in the draft. :harhar:

I think that Kilo said that at the beginning. I don't think that anything is official though. I think that we'd be lucky if this thing even gets finished, seeing as the Baseball Anti Fantasy didn't get finished, and our baseball redraft league only got finished because we dropped the teams that didn't finish.

I liked the Willis pick a lot.. Im a bit surprised at the Matt Ryan pick, there is a few QB's I would of taken before him, but maybe thats just my opinion.

Hey I've got a simple solution for you, if you don't like the methodology don't read the thread.

I'm concerned flynnatic will not be an active participant in this. If he gets skipped twice' date=' we might just drop his team.[/quote']

He was ok in the baseball redraft league. Granted, he was skipped a few times, but he made up his picks throughout the draft. I think he was missing a pick or two at the end though, but he participated (unfortunately for me) in the voting. Only Youker and RobiCano (who isn't in this draft) went AWOL in our baseball redraft.

Obviously it's your call Kilo, and I think that if he gets skipped this turn, AND then doesn't make up his pick by the time it reaches his turn again, that we should drop his team entirely. That's just my opinion as it's your call Kilo. Considering that we added 3 or so teams, I don't think we'd miss the exclusion of Flynnatic's team.

Who is next Suns? He goes twice since he was last this round right?

According to the draft order, Divinity is up, and since he's last, he has two picks (last pick in the first round and first pick in the second round).
