Purchasing anything sight unseen is always a gamble. Even if the vendor has a good reputation. If you had purchased the product from a local retailer and it did not work out of the box, you'd still be be somewhat pissed, but could just walk back into the store and get an exchange or refund. s*** happens. You'll get what you want. Just not when you want it!
