Don't know. Hard to tell on TV. Pure guess? Real. You don't see brick laminate much in high profile commerical construction projects. Real' date=' full brick veneer is more common.[/quote']

I'm like 95% sure it's real brick. I don't think any of the brick work at the stadium is stucco.

Buchholz played that hit by Tejada like it was a hand grenade.

J.D. showed some emotion on the foul ball he missed. After 3 + years, he's finally getting the passion of Red Sox baseball.

That's because he knows he f***ed up. Should've had that ball. Can't play fearing the wall.

It's real brick

So I take it that you've been there.

I noticed there are gates. Which would seem unusual if they are real. Plus, the periodicity seems so uniform.

But a ball or impact would mar stucco so real would make sense.

Thanks for the input guys.

He's f***ed up before in the last 3 + years and he never showed any emotion until now.

The gates are easy. You build a brick veneer around more solid structure, like a concrete wall, or structural steel with heavy gauge metal stud framing. The solid structure accomodates the gates. The brick veneer is the finish.

It's really going to suck when they take Tillman out of the game. He's meat.

Already done. But they're bringing in Mark Hendrickson so.....

No s***?

Don't go through any trouble for me. But I am curious. I have a friend (lives in NY) that runs a big construction company that does (or did) lots of big commercial jobs.

To the rest of the board, I apologize for hijacking but I'm interested in what I see in all new stadiums. Target Field looks really nice.

I believe this is right. I've read that it uses a steel structure. As for me, I've been to Camden a couple times. It's easily one of the best looking stadiums in baseball.

Probably because you are "so far below sea level".

One of my favorite lines from Slap Shot.

That s*** happens here with alarming regularity.

At the worst times!

Yeah, I have metrocast up here in NH and it SUCKS. Peak hours online are stupid slow and the tv feed isn't great. Now it's taking forever just to switch channels or bring up the guide. Thanks metrocast...

What did he say. :dunno:

He went into a mini rant about the scoring of the bunt as a sacrifice. He said something about it being a drag bunt for a single and that the O's would not sacrifice down 4 runs

"Terrible scoring. Give me a break"

LOL!

Remdawg is the best. Never ever boring

I love the guy. He may be a prick in real life but he knows baseball and adds so much to the game.
